We are currently looking for a Senior Specialist in Workday Talent and Performance to become a part of our Managed Services practice. Key Responsibilities: Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions while managing daily operations across various managed services engagements. This includes system enhancements, break/fix support, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives, all backed by thorough documentation of configuration choices and solution designs. Drive initiatives for post-production optimization, enabling new features and promoting process improvements. Facilitate configuration analysis and design sessions to implement scalable and sustainable Workday solutions. Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members to troubleshoot complex Workday issues, providing mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to ensure high-quality delivery. Configure and support Workday HCM modules, focusing on Talent Management, Performance Reviews, and Succession Planning. Ensure alignment of business processes such as goal setting, talent reviews, feedback cycles, and career development planning with client-specific workflows and strategies. Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to promote KPMG's respectful work culture. Qualifications: A minimum of three years of recent experience in post-production and managed services support or consulting with Workday HCM, specifically in Talent and Performance. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required. Workday certification in HCM and Talent and Performance is mandatory, with candidates being required to obtain certification within three months of hire if not already certified. Preferred additional Workday certifications in one or more of the following areas: HCM Core, Advanced Reporting, Learning, People Experience, Recruiting, and Benefits. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with integration teams on interfaces between Workday and other HCM & Talent and Performance systems. A strong understanding of HCM, Talent, and Performance processes, including but not limited to goal management, performance reviews, succession planning, and talent reviews.
