A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a leave position at an elementary school in Everett, WA. This contract role offers flexibility, with options to work either one day per week or four days per week. The assignment runs through March 27, 2026, providing steady work in a supportive educational setting. Responsibilities include providing speech and language services to preschool and elementary-age students, working closely with school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress. The caseload will vary based on the chosen schedule: one day per week serving approximately 9 preschool students, or four days per week serving a caseload of around 36 students ranging from preschool to elementary levels. Qualified candidates must hold a valid Washington State SLP license and possess Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification. Experience in school-based speech therapy and familiarity with creating and managing IEPs are highly desired.
