Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Job Description: As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, you will support and enhance enterprise business applications by configuring, customizing, and developing solutions within Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes, build new functionality, integrate internal and external systems, and ensure stable and scalable application performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead or participate in enterprise system enhancement and development efforts. Gather requirements from business users and determine appropriate technical solutions. Configure and maintain enterprise systems to support evolving business processes. Identify and resolve configuration, performance, and functional issues. Develop and maintain Business Process Procedures and technical documentation. Troubleshoot application issues and support end users. Participate in user training for system functionality and workflows. Develop, execute, and validate test scripts to support system changes. Coordinate testing and deployment activities with cross-functional teams. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements. Monitor workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities. Assess the impact of legislative, operational, or system changes and determine necessary updates. Utilize development tools and technologies required for system enhancements. Perform full lifecycle development including requirements analysis, coding, unit testing, and implementation. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: Experience designing and implementing model-driven apps, Dataverse tables, forms, views, business rules, and security roles. Experience building Power Automate flows and integrating internal and external systems. Experience developing plugins, workflow activities, Web API integrations, JavaScript scripts, and PCF controls. Experience using ALM practices including solution layering and deployment pipelines. Experience developing secure RESTful APIs using Core, Node.js, Entity Framework Core, C#, or . Experience developing React and TypeScript single-page applications. Ability to ensure UI/UX quality, performance, and accessibility. Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse customizations. Experience with Power Apps including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps. Proficiency with SQL Server, C#, , Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core. Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Azure AD, Microsoft Graph, and REST integrations. Experience using Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Experience maintaining customer-facing web portals and real-time integrations. Experience integrating Dynamics CE with other enterprise platforms using Logic Apps. Experience developing integrations for third-party SaaS systems using SOAP or REST. Experience maintaining custom code within Azure DevOps. Experience enhancing chatbot and Azure BOT Framework functionality. Experience enhancing financial modules such as General Ledger and Accounts Receivable. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience. Microsoft technical certifications preferred but not required. The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr.
