Join Our Team: Be Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart! The Opportunity We are seeking a Lead Workday Analyst to join our Global People Technology team. In this role, you will leverage your Workday expertise to make impactful configuration changes in Nutanix's Tenant. You will collaborate with teams to understand their objectives and provide strategic consultation on how to enable solutions. Your main focus will be on Benefits, Time Off and Absence, Compensation, Talent, and Core HCM, as you enhance existing processes and address requests from our internal partners. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, boosting user adoption, and ensuring continuous improvements in Global People Services offerings. About the Team You will work under the guidance of the Workday Systems leader at Nutanix, who brings over 20 years of HR Systems experience from various industries. Our team is dedicated to working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to maximize the efficiency and impact of our programs through effective planning, execution, and collaboration. Your Role Partner with customers to configure and implement comprehensive HR solutions that resonate with their business goals. Drive sustainable solutions within the organization focusing on process improvements via technology and redesign. Identify and champion opportunities for innovation and enhancements in customer processes. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Utilize strategic thinking and consultative ability to ensure effective deployment of Workday solutions, ensuring data integrity and user satisfaction. What You Will Bring 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent and Performance, Benefits, Time Off and Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Third-Party Payroll. Expertise in enterprise process and requirement analysis. Proficiency in building advanced custom reports, calculations fields, and utilizing EIBs within Workday. Strong communication skills for translating requirements into actionable plans and solutions, participating in design sessions, and providing necessary training to end-users. Ability to evaluate new features/functions for rollout and recommend solutions while mitigating business risks. Collaborative spirit to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to fulfill system requirements for ongoing projects. Experience in writing test scripts and preparing data to ensure successful implementation of new projects and enhancements, while leading UAT with business users. Skilled at gathering business needs, conducting gap analysis and impact assessments to recommend suitable solutions. Please note that visa/work permit sponsorship is not available for this role. Work Arrangement This is primarily a remote position, with no specific in-office requirements; however, occasional visits to a local office may be required for specific purposes or travel based on business needs. The expected pay range for this position starts at USD $131,200 and can go up to USD $262,800 per year. Actual base pay may vary based on individual factors, including market location and experience. The total compensation package may include other benefits like sign-on bonuses, restricted stock units, and various paid time-off benefits, including vacation and parental leave, depending on the position.
