Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology WA state SLP license ESA certificate or eligibility to obtain one swiftly Role Overview: As an SLP, you will create and implement individualized education and treatment programs for students who have communication challenges due to developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on the growth and development of young children. Job Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Contract Dates: ASAP - June 17, 2026 Setting: Preschool and elementary school In-person only Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize resources and materials essential for the speech and language program. Provide interventions for students with language, speech, or hearing disorders in various settings. Assess communication skills of students suspected of disorders and collaborate with teachers to develop IEP goals. Offer resources, model strategies, and train other team members in communication interventions.
