Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for our product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and prioritize a dynamic backlog, focusing on delivering maximum value. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet and exceed expectations. Collaborate closely with Capability Owners and development teams to ensure a well-maintained backlog. Utilize data analytics to manage product lines, driving measurable outcomes. Effectively communicate complex information, challenges, and proposed solutions to leadership and team members. Skills/Competencies 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner within Software Development or Technical Implementations. Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (10+ years). Proficiency in Live Chat, Chatbot solutions, and High Velocity Sales/Client Success methodologies. Possession of Salesforce & Agile Certifications. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Exceptional communication abilities. Salary Range Transparency The following salary ranges apply: Austin, Metro Area: $144,000 - $208,000 USD per year New York City, Metro Area: $176,000 - $254,000 USD per year Seattle, Metro Area: $177,000 - $257,000 USD per year Scottsdale, Metro Area: $136,000 - $198,000 USD per year San Francisco, Metro Area: $196,000 - $284,000 USD per year US Remote: $144,000 - $208,000 USD per year Salary Range Disclaimer Actual salaries may vary based on multiple factors such as experience, performance, and location. This range is a component of the total compensation package, which may include bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and other benefits.
