The application window is anticipated to close within 30 days of the posting date. Responsibilities Manage the daily healthcare operations to ensure resident care needs are met. Uphold respect, dignity, and quality in care for all residents. Ensure consistent quality in resident care across all shifts; may require stepping in as a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet resident needs. Assist in supervising community-based nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide training and education to caregivers regularly. Oversee the consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration. Conduct periodic medication skills inventory checks and audits per company guidelines. Share on-call duties as required. Hold an LPN or RN license with relevant experience of 1-2 years. About Us Provide gracious hospitality and neighborliness for our residents and families.
