We are seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join our dynamic team. Position Highlights: Flexible schedule Shifts range from 10 - 14 per month We offer a mix of day and night shifts: (6:00am-6:00pm, 4:00pm-10:00pm, and 10:00pm-6:00am) Option to work one full week of days or one full week of nights at a time (FT equivalent) Competitive compensation ($130/hr. for Day Shifts and $170/hr. for Night Shifts) Location: Palomar Medical Center - Escondido Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a skilled team of physicians, nurses, and advanced practitioners. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized patients, including admissions, rounding, discharges and cross-coverage Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Communicate effectively with Graybill patients, their families, and other healthcare providers. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records Qualifications: MD or DO degree with Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Current and unrestricted medical license to practice in CA ACLS/BLS certification required Will need to obtain own professional liability insurance Strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care Graybill Medical Group is a physician-led organization dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our communities.
