This position is fully remote and offers competitive incentive compensation in addition to a base salary. The Financial Solutions Consultant will engage with individuals in our Investor Services segment to create actionable plans that align with their financial aspirations and consolidate their assets with Empower. You will leverage your licenses, certifications, and premier financial tools to understand client needs deeply and propose effective solutions that enhance their financial outlook. In this role, you will focus on offering solutions without managing a book of business. Your ability to facilitate conversations around the benefits of consolidating accounts will be key to meeting customers' financial goals. Success will be measured by the effective consolidation of external accounts. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships by addressing customer needs and maximizing the benefits of Empower's products and services. Proactively schedule appointments to uncover opportunities for assets consolidation and drive the onboarding process seamlessly. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of goal-oriented financial planning, including education cost management, retirement funding, and other long-term savings objectives. Utilize Empower's conversation model and planning tools to identify client needs and deliver actionable next steps. Manage your time effectively to prioritize customer needs and maximize relationship-building opportunities with Empower. Maintain detailed documentation of client conversations and follow-up actions using SalesForce CRM, ensuring efficacy throughout the account transfer process. Work collaboratively with relationship management and advisory teams to optimize asset consolidation efforts. Achieve and exceed bi-monthly sales and engagement targets to enhance your incentive compensation. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and comply with all relevant securities and insurance regulations. Qualifications: FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) registrations are required. A minimum of 3 years in the financial industry with proven sales success. Excellent listening, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of retail investment products and retirement plans. FINRA fingerprinting is required. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new financial tools and systems swiftly. Team-oriented with a customer-first approach, upholding Empower’s core values and culture. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with familiarity in retirement plan management.
