Join our dedicated team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents! This role is central to providing high-quality nursing care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. The ideal candidate will: Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents while honoring their rights, dignity, and individuality. Show respect and attentiveness to the diverse backgrounds of our residents, families, and caregivers. Understand and implement individualized care plans to support residents effectively. Engage in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) process to enhance care practices. Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including bathroom assistance, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and nutrition. Maintain confidentiality and respect resident rights at all times. Document daily activities and care provided in the electronic health record accurately. Observe and promptly report any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. Assist in repositioning residents as required to promote comfort and health. Proactively report any incidents or potential violations of resident rights to nursing supervisors. Honor residents' right to decline care and communicate such decisions to nursing staff. Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents. Respond promptly and courteously to resident call bells and check on those unable to call for help. Document vital signs, intake/output, and weight measurements accurately in the electronic health record. Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment. Utilize designated equipment safely and report any defects immediately to supervisors. Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
