Job Description Commercial Estimator Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Estimator! We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in diverse commercial construction projects. If you have a proven track record of delivering precise and competitive bids, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects, we want to connect with you! Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for various commercial construction projects. Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare competitive bids. Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to secure pricing and ensure cost efficiency. Review and adjust estimates according to project needs and feedback. Effectively manage and track multiple estimates and deadlines. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as an Estimator in a variety of commercial construction projects (including ground-up, tilt-wall, schools, churches, and healthcare). Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and associated costs. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
