Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for various commercial construction projects. Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare competitive bids. Effectively manage and track multiple estimates and deadlines. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as an Estimator in a variety of commercial construction projects (including ground-up, tilt-wall, schools, churches, and healthcare). Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and associated costs. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
