Job Summary: An (TA) Talent Acquisition Supervisor leads a team of recruiters, overseeing the entire hiring process for all roles, from strategy and compliance (EEO, AAP) to managing the applicants and ensuring a positive candidate/hiring manager experience, focusing on efficiency, quality, and legal adherence to place top talent. They handle operational aspects, budget, team development, and ensure seamless hiring for temp, temp-to-hire, or permanent placements. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate recruiters. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement plans to attract, source, and select candidates for positions. Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycles, including job postings, screening, pre-screening interviews. Compliance & Operations: Ensure adherence to employment laws, and handle tasks like scheduling and record-keeping. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand needs, coordinate debriefs, and provide timely candidate feedback. Data & Reporting: Track metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
