Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Executive to lead the creation and implementation of a thorough compliance program within its hospice operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization meets all compliance obligations, as well as adhering to relevant laws, rules, and regulations. This position includes conducting risk assessments, overseeing HIPAA privacy compliance, and managing a Board-level Compliance Committee. As a subject matter expert, the Chief Compliance Executive will maintain a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and regulations and will lead all compliance-related investigations and reporting. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree (a JD is a plus) and have significant senior-level compliance experience within the hospice sector, particularly with Medicare Administrative Contractors. A hands-on approach to enhancing compliance, ethics, and privacy programs is essential, with preference given to those with experience managing compliance in private equity-owned businesses.
