Position Overview As a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting global onboarding and learning initiatives through exceptional administration and analytical skills. This role involves collaboration with teams across People & Culture, Enterprise Learning & Development (ELD), and People & Purpose to create impactful learning experiences and drive continual improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives, requiring a solutions-oriented mindset and proficiency in LMS/HCM tools. Key Responsibilities Learning Administration and Logistics: Efficiently manage logistics for learning sessions, ensuring effective scheduling, participant communication, and smooth execution of both in-person and virtual sessions (e.g., Zoom). Maintain accurate records of training assignments, completions, and feedback. Analyze data relating to current Enterprise Learning and Development programs, supporting communication and follow-up activities. Participate in budgeting for L&D programs while ensuring adherence to financial limits. Draft engaging marketing and communication materials for programs. Assist Instructional Designers in the creation of program content. Support project management activities concerning key initiatives and programs. Prepare detailed reports on L&D performance while offering recommendations for enhancements as needed. Administer assessments and evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness. Assist with requests for onboarding and learning program data, utilizing Workday reporting to uncover trends and improvement opportunities. Propose and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and user experience within HCM processes. Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for process documentation and compliance. Collaborate with team members and P&C staff on shared initiatives and additional projects. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, onboarding, or HR operations. Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Workday Learning), virtual facilitation tools (e.g., Zoom), and data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment. Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360, MS Planner, and digital badging platforms is a plus. Experience with process improvement and problem-solving in HR or shared services contexts. Demonstrated ability to analyze and present data trends using Excel and other tools. Previous experience in global or multinational settings is preferred. Other Requirements May require up to 20% travel to U.S. sites. Occasional schedule changes outside standard business hours may be necessary to support global programs. This is a hybrid role, mostly working virtually with periodic days in the local Zelis office or traveling. Standard shift timing: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Location and Workplace Flexibility We maintain offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. Our culture promotes hybrid and remote-friendly work, with location determined by role requirements and team needs as coordinated by leadership. Base Salary Range $86,000.00 - $109,250.00 At Zelis, we offer fair and equitable compensation packages that provide flexibility based on individual factors such as experience and education. Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonuses and incentives depending on the position.
