Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations and staffing of the Emergency Services unit to ensure high-quality patient care. Monitor nursing practices to guarantee adherence to established policies and procedures. Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Relevant educational background, including an Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma.
