We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Event Manager on a 1-year contract within our global events team and experience studio. This role is essential in crafting and conveying our story through impactful events and activations. We seek a detail-oriented, creative problem solver passionate about delivering outstanding in-person experiences. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the global experiential events team to plan and execute trade shows and events that align with our business objectives. Oversee event execution and manage budgets effectively. Collaborate with event leads and partners to ensure that content deliverables are seamlessly integrated into event experiences. Create and manage project timelines in conjunction with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of event goals. Research and select venues, vendors for catering, décor, audio-visual elements, transportation, and entertainment for meetings and activations. Handle all event communications and provide regular updates to executive stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Profile: Extensive knowledge and experience in medium-scale and multidimensional event management. Exceptional communication skills to articulate project requirements clearly and engage effectively with internal and external partners. Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiations. A successful history of executing medium and large-scale events and trade shows that support global business priorities. Demonstrated excellence in project management, including planning and execution. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. An eagerness to be part of a dynamic and high-achieving global team. Knowledgeable about the complexities of engaging with colleagues in a global organization. A resilient self-starter who excels in changeable and flexible situations. Familiarity with technology and software solutions relevant to event management. This position is a 1-year contract and does not include benefits. Location: United States The expected national base salary range for this role is between $88,200.00 and $163,800.00, based on several factors such as the complexity of the role and the candidate's relevant experience and skills. This role also offers the potential for a discretionary annual bonus tied to personal and company performance.
