Growth Psychological Services, PLLC (GPS) is a well-respected, growing private practice providing therapy and neuropsychological testing services in Libertyville, IL. Demand for therapy services for children in our area is far outpacing our ability to meet individual and family needs. We don’t want to quote a wait time for therapy services that would best serve clients now. We are looking to thoughtfully grow our team with the right clinician. We are currently seeking a licensed clinical therapist (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCP). Experience and interest in working with children and families are preferred, but not required. Position benefits include: • W2 status with benefits (Medical and Dental Insurance, Professional Development Stipend) • Malpractice insurance is maintained by GPS • Marketing and networking support, and a source of regular referrals for cases • Assistance in getting credentialed and joining insurance panels • Insurance billing and fee collection • Electronic health record and telehealth system • Flexible schedule – opportunity to work in-person and via telehealth Responsibilities: Role responsibilities include: • Conducting initial assessments and engaging clients in treatment planning • Conducting weekly individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions with clients • Timely maintenance of notes and clinical documentation • Collaboration with other providers to coordinate care Qualifications: A good fit for our team: • Is trained and experienced in conducting therapy with individuals, couples, and/or families • Has experience with utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of clients to help facilitate growth and resilience • Collaborates with other community professionals, including school-based mental health professionals and psychiatrists • Is diligent in maintaining timely and accurate documentation Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 yearly• Role responsibilities include: • Conducting initial assessments and engaging clients in treatment planning • Conducting weekly individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions with clients • Timely maintenance of notes and clinical documentation • Collaboration with other providers to coordinate care Compensation: $60,000-$85,000 per year
