You'll partner closely with clients, architects, and internal teams while helping drive quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A PROJECT MANAGER? Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutPlan, schedule, budget, and manage project resources and timelinesPartner with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure project successEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policiesMonitor project quality, costs, and progress on a daily basisPrepare and present project status reports and documentationSupport business development efforts through estimating and proposalsDevelop and lead project teams, promoting accountability and growthBuild strong working relationships across departments and job sitesIdentify and resolve risks, challenges, and scope changes EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION NEEDED Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (preferred)Minimum of 5 years managing commercial construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipmentAbility to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specificationsValid driver's license and insurabilityEquivalent education and experience may be considered.
