In Your Role as Team Lead, You Will: Ensure every guest enjoys a delightful experience through quality food, outstanding service, and a friendly atmosphere. Develop strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty. Lead, manage, and nurture team members by inspiring, motivating, and coaching them to excel in sales, service speed, order accuracy, and overall guest experience. Participate in interviewing and selecting new team members. Train team members on food safety standards and uphold these critical guidelines. Contribute to creating a culture of warmth, inclusion, and mutual growth. This Role is Perfect for You If: You are at least 18 years old. You have over 1 year of experience in restaurant management. You can successfully lead shifts by directing and motivating staff in a fast-paced atmosphere. You possess or are willing to obtain a ServSafe certification. You are flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends. Job offers are contingent upon successful background check results. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours during shifts. Effective communication skills to engage with both guests and team members in a lively environment.
