If you're excited about your career journey, come be a part of our team! We are currently in search of a Technology Risk Manager/Director to join our Audit and Assurance practice. Responsibilities: Design, coordinate, and manage day-to-day client engagement activities in areas such as IT strategy and transformation, agile software development, business continuity, cybersecurity, and data governance. Evaluate clients' IT processes and tools against industry standards, assessing security and resiliency while identifying gaps and recommending improvements to senior management. Collaborate with client leadership to establish and implement IT risk frameworks and operating processes that address evolving business risks. Supervise and mentor staff involved in assigned engagements to ensure high performance. Prepare comprehensive executive summaries and final reports for client management, ensuring compliance with industry standards for internal audit and risk consulting. Qualifications: A minimum of five years' experience in IT risk, cybersecurity, internal audit, or IT compliance, preferably within a professional services environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC are preferred. Experience with IT audit frameworks, internal controls, and familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Knowledge of IT governance, risk management practices, and major technology platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a competency in project management. Ability to travel and must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Additional Qualifications for Director: At least eight years of relevant work experience in IT risk management. Demonstrated success in generating business, leading projects, and building relationships with senior executives. Comprehensive project management experience throughout the project lifecycle.
