We offer incredible work-life balance, flexibility to set your schedule, a warm and inviting office, and more of the good stuff while removing the "busy" stuff from a traditional private practice setting.New clients will schedule direct through our newly launched online scheduling system or client phone calls will be routed, answered, matched, and scheduled by our dedicated client care team. Another dedicated team manages billing and collections to ensure all insurance claims get processed and paid promptly.Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.Responsibilities and DutiesEvaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyFor Full-Time status clinicians should be able to maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week (monthly target is 110 sessions)Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocolCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainingsRequired Qualifications and SkillsCandidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated fieldCandidates should be clinically licensed (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) or be pursuing clinical licensure as a LPC or LSWRequired experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely mannerComfort and familiarity working with a diverse client baseProficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)Ability to pass a background checkPreferred Qualifications and SkillsSpanish-speaking or bilingual therapist (Spanish/English)Preferred that candidates have a fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC) with a valid state of Illinois License.
