If you have a strong background in oncology, are chemo-certified, and have exceptional IV-starting skills, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, patient-focused environment.In This Role, You Will: Provide specialized care to patients receiving infusions, including chemotherapy and supportive therapies Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to develop and update individualized care plans Deliver safe, effective IV therapy and demonstrate strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced setting Advocate for patient comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the care process Qualifications: Florida or Multistate RN license BLS certification Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience Oncology experience and chemotherapy certification strongly preferred Excellent IV-starting skills Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Why BayCare?
