Senior Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Job Description: Pay Range: $95hr - $100hr Requirement/Must Have: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional IT and business projects. Deep exposure to supply chain domains such as Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics. Proven ability to manage project timelines, scope, risks, and deliverables. Experience: 8+ years of experience leading major cross-functional projects in manufacturing or supply chain environments. 7-10 years of project delivery experience across business and IT functions. Experience working in SAP-centric environments. Experience managing partnerships with system integrators and external service providers. Responsibilities: Plan, lead, and execute supply chain transformation initiatives from ideation through implementation. Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and governance structures. Manage IT projects including system implementations, upgrades, product launches, and facility expansions. lign cross-functional stakeholders on strategy, goals, resources, and timelines. Organize and lead project core team meetings and executive steering committee sessions. Provide regularclear, consistent communication on project status, risks, dependencies, and critical paths. Create and manage detailed project plans and assign tasks to team members. Manage and ensure quality of key project deliverables including project schedules, budgets, testing plans, and training plans. Track project issues, risks, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and external regulatory requirements. Support organizational change management activities including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training execution. Should Have: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and advanced planning applications. Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments. Experience supervising or mentoring project team members. Skills: SAP ERP and supply chain systems. Project planning and execution. Risk and issue management. Stakeholder and executive communication. MS Office and JIRA. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Qualification and Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. PMP certification preferred. Scrum Master certification preferred.
