WHAT YOU'LL DO Provides instruction in the teaching of a specific subject or field of knowledge and guides student study and learning in that subject field. Collective Bargaining Agreement Link WHAT YOU'LL NEED At a minimum, the selected candidate must have a Master's degree or higher in Human Services or related discipline, or a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in a related discipline: Human Services, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Social Psychology or Developmental Psychology which must include graduate coursework in research methodology and at least 6 graduate hours in administration. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have three to five (3-5) years of professional experience working in the human services field in various organizational capacities such as advocacy, development, administration, behavioral health, addictions, child and family welfare, and community outreach with practical knowledge of the most current evidenced-based practices from the field. Highly desired are candidates with previous college-level teaching and curriculum development experience and those who are willing to serve as a mentor to students throughout their academic and career path.
