Assistant Controller $150,000-$200,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out High visibility - work directly with accounting leadership & operations • Tons of room for upward mobility • Stable industry + PE-backed growth • Interesting projects (inventory, fixed assets, leases, consolidations, capital projects) • Unlimited PTO + flexible onsite schedule + 10 WFH days/year • Highly collaborative team, strong leadership, and a supportive culture Key Responsibilities (JD Attached) Lead and manage monthly and quarterly close processes for U.S. and international units • Direct consolidations and financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and lender requirements • Own accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial statements • Lead external audit management; primary point of contact for auditors • Perform technical accounting research; implement new standards • Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting • Lead process improvements, automation, and system enhancements • Partner with IT on accounting technology modernization • Develop and document accounting policies and procedures • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership • Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team Experience Requirements Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred • 8+ years progressive accounting experience with team leadership • Strong GAAP and technical accounting background • Knowledge of ASC 718, ASC 842, SOX • Public accounting experience preferred • Oracle or large ERP experience required • Experience in PEbacked, fastpaced, highchange environments is a plus • Excellent communication skills + ability to influence crossfunctionally $150K-$200K #LI-AH1 #INMAR2026 EB-7297759647
