Agile/Scrum/SAFe/Waterfall Strategic direction & delivery Financial planning & Management IT Automation & Digital Transformation Organizational Change Management Roles and Responsibilities: Development of strategic roadmaps and integration plans to oversee IT mergers and acquisitions for the customer landscape Manage cross-tower, cross-service and cross-functional teams and programs Prepare, analyze plan for day zero and day one, align strategies for application disposition & data readiness along with maintaining program level financials keeping CPI, SPI with zero variance. Outline program-level processes and create playbooks to standardize operations and management. Lead customer internal programs to implement organizational changes Utilize data-driven decision-making approaches to inform about execution outcomesduring steerco/leadership updates. Skilled in conducting risk assessments and participated in vulnerability assessment. Address and resolve technical, financial, and operational concerns by working with team membersand IT senior directors. Conduct comprehensive program evaluations, identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
