Maintenance Mechanic IIShift: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM) Location: City of Industry, CA Pay Range: $28.00 - $33.00 per hourAbout This Role We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic II to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain precision machine tools and equipment while supporting our production operations. This position offers hands-on work with cutting-edge manufacturing equipment and opportunities to develop your technical skills in a dynamic environment.What You'll Do Diagnose, disassemble, rebuild, and align precision machine tools and equipment Perform routine to complex machinery repairs and preventive maintenance Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and industrial machinery components Work with blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to troubleshoot equipment Perform welding, machining, and fabrication tasks as needed Operate forklifts to move equipment and materials Maintain clean and safe work areas following 5S procedures What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience or construction trades Intermediate knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial controls Knowledge of Lock-out/Tag-out safety procedures U.S. person status required under ITAR regulations Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds frequently Preferred Qualifications: Certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance HAZWOPER certification Welding experience (all types) Experience with machine shop equipment including lathes and mills Work Environment This is an active manufacturing environment where you'll frequently stand, walk, climb, and work with machinery. You may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals. Personal protective equipment is required in designated areas.
