Qualifications and Detail about the Position Summary: Broad Function The Human Resources Employee Services Analyst is responsible for administrative support for US and Canada employee actions throughout the Employee lifecycle simultaneously while providing the highest level of customer service. In addition, this role will also support our processes for managing Unemployment Claims and delivering Verifications of Employment (VOE) for all Brock companies. Responsibilities: Essential FunctionsPromote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business Process all employee actions in US and Canada using multiple HRIS systems including but not limited to hire/rehire, terminations, pay change, direct deposit, tax exemptions (Federal and State) and employee information updates Process Employee Work History Inquiries (VOEs) and Unemployment Claims while partnering with our Third-party vendor Provide immediate Customer phone support to current and former Employees Troubleshoot and resolve paystub and pay card access issues Analyze and provide resolution for payroll processing issues Provide high ethical standards with demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information Able to work independently and collaboratively while demonstrating the ability to be flexible and dependable Other information: Working Conditions Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard and shop locations Working indoors in an office environment Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary Travel as required Skills & AbilitiesThe ability to work in a high paced environment with sudden changes in priorities and duties The ability to work quickly, accurately and pay high attention to detail Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Maintain a high level of confidentiality, flexibility and responsiveness Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, Word, MS Teams, etc. Experience with HRIS systems such as Infor Lawson, SAP, Oracle, Workday, CMS, Sage, Ceridian, etc. Experience with Unions, US and Canada, is desired Knowledgeable with US and Canada Employment Bilingual - Spanish Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
