Inclusive Excellence Statement Advertised Job Summary Associate Director of Individual Services • Are you an experienced leader in health services? • Are you a strategic planner and leader when it comes to health programming? The Associate Director of Individual Services leads well-being initiatives focused on individual services. This role provides strategic leadership to support student success through evidence-based individual, interpersonal and institutional strategies, including Wellness Coaching, BASICS , and Gamecock Recovery. Primary duties include: • Oversee individual health education efforts, including Wellness Coaching, BASICS , and recovery coaching. • Oversee Gamecock Recovery program. • Provide leadership and supervision to student and professional staff. • Manage, report, and publicize Student Well-being's progress toward the achievement of unit, divisional, and university objectives. • Conduct assessment of services, utilization and facilitators to ensure effectiveness. • Working closely with the department and leadership to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with university, division, department, and unit priorities Perks Competitive salary + some of the BEST benefits you can find! 15 paid vacation days 15 paid sick days 13 paid holidays (including an extended December holiday) An engaging and collaborative environment.
