Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Software Engineer to join our innovative team. This role combines technical expertise with client-focused solution delivery, making a direct impact on our digital products and services. You'll be part of our agile operating model within the Manage my Relationships stream, focusing on projects used by financial advisors. Our structure consists of value streams with crews aligned to major products and services, operating across multiple autonomous pods. Responsibilities Design and develop digital products and technology services for clients and employees Conduct user needs analysis and implement new features Execute automated testing and deployment processes Implement both functional and non-functional requirements while adhering to digital principles Ensure solution quality, security, reliability, and compliance Build and monitor solution observability and production health Manage incident resolution and risk remediation Act as a client advocate and technical expert Contribute to knowledge sharing and engineering culture Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services, Case Management) Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 with focus on complex customizations and integrations Strong background in Power Apps ecosystem: Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate Skills in Power Portal, Logic Apps and Azure Functions Advanced technical skills in Plugins, Workflows and .NET Proficiency in JavaScript, Portals and Ribbon Customization Capability to deliver API integrations Nice to have Experience with SSIS and Azure Data Factory Power BI expertise and Customer Journey Insights implementation Strong understanding of cloud architecture We offer/Benefits Health benefits: High Deductible Health Plan with an attached HSA (Health Savings Account) which includes Pharmacy coverage, after 60 days from start of employment Condition Management resources Family Planning resources Dental Plan Vision Plan EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
