Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for hospitality construction projects based on project specifications and drawings. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project budgets align with expectations. Conduct market research to analyze material and labor costs. Review subcontractor and supplier proposals for accuracy and competitiveness. Develop and maintain cost databases for future project reference. Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide expert guidance on project estimates. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all estimation processes. Provide regular updates and reports on project cost progress and adjustments. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. A detail-oriented approach to ensure precision in cost calculations.
