We provide a professional, supportive, and rewarding work environment with free ongoing education. We are seeking caregivers who have weekend availability. Must be able to travel to Clay, Duval, or St Johns Counties where our clients reside. Responsibilities: Provide health care services in client's residence Perform domestic and household tasks Transport and accompany clients to doctors office or errands Monitor clients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition on the WellSky App Assist with clients' personal care activities Maintain client care records and document provided services Provide companionship and basic emotional support. Skills/Requirements: Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Proven work experience as Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant Level 2 background/fingerprinting Current CPR Current TB test (within the year) Caring and compassionate personality Valid driver's license.
