Pipeline Regulatory Compliance Manager

Our client, a leading provider of bulk liquid storage and logistics services, is seeking a Pipeline Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead enterprise wide pipeline compliance programs and support operational excellence initiatives. This role ensures full compliance with federal and state pipeline regulations while driving audit readiness, consistency, and continuous improvement across operations. This is a direct hire position based in the Greater New Orleans area with up to 25% domestic travel and the company offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Key Responsibilities Lead pipeline compliance programs (O&M, Integrity Management, Control Room, Damage Prevention, Public Awareness). Develop and maintain PHMSA-compliant procedures, documentation, and reporting. Serve as primary liaison for regulatory audits and inspections. Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership. Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and performance metrics. Support operational excellence through SOP development and process improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in pipeline or terminal operations. Valid driver's license and TWIC card Strong experience with PHMSA regulations (49 CFR Part 192/195). Experience in compliance programs, audits, and procedure development. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
