Key Details at a Glance:Feature | Details Position Type: Full-Time Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE (Dependent on Experience) Schedule: | NIGHT SHIFT - Five 8-hour shifts: 9:30pm - 6am with a non-paid 30-minute break. Essential Responsibilities:Operate and maintain professional-grade pressure washing equipment. Safely and proficiently drive a company vehicle while towing a commercial trailer, including backing the trailer up into tight spaces and garages. Adhere strictly to project timelines and quality standards. Required Qualifications:Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record (MVR): No more than 3 points and no DUI/DWI violations. This is a strict requirement for vehicle insurance. Proven Trailer Driving Proficiency: Must have experience driving and maneuvering a trailer, especially in congested and confined spaces like parking garages. A practical trailer driving test will be required as part of the hiring process. Availability for Night Shift: Must be able to reliably work the full 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM shift. Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment. Commercial pressure washing experience is preferred and maneuvering a trailer (backwards and in small spaces) is mandatory.
