Apply now for our RN Med Surg Oncology opportunity! Job Summary As a compassionate Oncology RN, you will provide essential care and treatment to patients who are ill, injured, or recovering. You will assess patient situations, manage treatments, and develop individualized care plans as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Collect and analyze comprehensive patient health data. Advocate for patients in a team setting. Determine diagnoses and create tailored treatment plans. Champion patient safety and effective resource utilization. Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments. Requirements: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or eligible for licensure prior to starting. 1 year of RN experience in Oncology or Chemotherapy preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
