Millwright - Wilmington, OH Pay: $19+/hr DOE Crown Staffing is hiring a skilled Millwright to join our team. This hands-on role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and systems in a fast-paced environment. The position includes rigging, welding, and assembling conveyors and structural components. Key Responsibilities: Install, align, and assemble conveyor systems, machinery, and support structures Perform rigging and lifting of heavy equipment using cranes, hoists, and forklifts Execute welding tasks (MIG, TIG, and/or stick) as needed Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs on industrial equipment Follow safety procedures and proper use of tools and PPE at all times Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale installation projects Requirements: Previous experience as a millwright or in a similar mechanical/industrial maintenance role Proficient in welding and rigging techniques Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions Comfortable with physically demanding work and lifting up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable transportation and good attendance Preferred: Certifications in welding, rigging, or millwright training programs Forklift and crane operation experience Class Description: Millwright Call/Text to Apply: 513-248-0110
