Physical Therapist Location: Alamosa, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,526 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position AlliedTravelCareers is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Alamosa, Colorado, 81101!Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years (1 year may be considered) License: State license or compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred Must-Have: - Required certifications must be submitted with the application. - No more than 10 days of requested time off within the contract period. - No scheduled time off within the first two weeks of the start date. - Two supervisor references obtained within the last 18 months are required. Description: The position is for a physical therapist in an outpatient setting. Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will not be considered. First-time travelers are accepted. There will be a requirement to cover inpatient duties on a rotating schedule, approximately every two months. The therapist must have a state license in hand before starting work. All certifications and licenses must be sent with the application. The role requires floating to meet facility needs. The position does not allow for full calendar weeks of requested time off. The therapist will primarily work with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. This position includes mainly outpatient therapy with some responsibilities for inpatient evaluations. Preferred charting systems include Paragon and Practice Partner. Interdisciplinary support will be available for patient care. Skills required include assessment, discharge planning, rehabilitation techniques, and patient education. A background in various areas such as cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, neurology, and orthopedics is preferred. The candidate should have experience with specific patient conditions such as low back pain, knee injuries, and post-operative care. Excellent time management and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The therapist should be skilled in using adaptive devices and assistive equipment to support patient rehabilitation.
