You will supervise and train dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans. Your role will include engaging families and caregivers, guiding them in managing behaviors, and promoting skill development through ABA principles. Additionally, you will conduct functional assessments and program evaluations while monitoring progress to ensure effectiveness.
