Job Details Prosegur Security is looking to fill multiple Part-Time Unarmed Security Officers that are customer servicedriven for one of our networks in the Ridgefield, CT area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. We are looking for Security professionals that want to grow and develop professionally in our organization. Hourly starting wage: 19.00 Job Responsibilities and Duties: Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Resolve or redirects resident/client complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, SOPS, etc. Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner. Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel. Multitasking in a fast-paced setting Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor Monitor CCTV, Fire Alarm Panel, Access controls and assist with phone calls and packages of Qualifications: At least 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Minimum 2 year of Security Officer experience, Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
