Minimum Qualifications: Current dental hygienist license in MN and either an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient care protocols. Current CPR Certification. Preferred Experience: Open to new graduates or experienced hygienists. Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanning, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records. A commitment to continuous learning and enhancing clinical skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Willing to engage in prolonged sitting and standing, and able to lift up to 45 pounds as needed. Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions as required.
