Work Arrangement: Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI three times per week at minimum. The Team: Join General Motors as a Global Marketing Intern and contribute to our mission of marketing world-class vehicles and technology. Our global marketing organization is experiencing a transformation that leverages innovative tools and methods to enhance our brands and marketing outcomes. The marketing landscape is continually evolving, and in this fast-paced role, you will gain hands-on experience while making a tangible impact on GM's marketing strategies. What You'll Do: As part of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work across various functions, assisting with exciting projects such as vehicle launches, marketing new technology, creative development, and sales optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally and be a pivotal member of a dynamic and engaging environment. Required Qualifications: Pursuit of an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Research, Data Analysis, Analytics, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Technology Expected graduation between December 2026 - June 2027 Able to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer months Preferred Qualifications: Interest in the automotive industry, market trends, and consumer preferences A combination of technical and creative skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities across various organizational levels Motivated, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in managing timelines and tracking project progress A proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and deliver results Start dates for this internship role are May & June of 2026. Compensation: GM offers a one-time lump sum taxable stipend payment to eligible students selected for the 2026 Student Program.
