YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Drive sales with passion: As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), your abilities to maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity while building guest loyalty through exceptional service shine. You will directly contribute to financial success by analyzing sales reports and trends to make informed business decisions, assisting the Store Team Leader in crafting effective short and long-term business plans to boost key performance indicators. You ensure your team adheres to AEO's customer service standards, particularly on the salesfloor and in the fitting room.
