Segra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to join our team in a full-time position. Role Overview: In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting business operations and contributing to various projects within the Finance, Planning, and Analysis (FP&A) department. Your main focus will be on Working Capital, Discretionary Free Cash Flow (DFCF), Revenue, and Cost of Revenue. You will have the opportunity to engage with functional leaders and present data in an executive-friendly manner. This position involves high-level analysis at the corporate level, business planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting, M&A/valuation, and various ad-hoc FP&A projects as necessary. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business is required. CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of financial analysis or financial management experience. Key Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to conduct data mining. Proficient in month-end financial reporting, journal entry creation, and variance analysis. Experience with financial modeling. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel; experience with Dynamics and Sisense is a plus.
