Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you will spearhead the execution of multiple concurrent projects within our strategic programs. Your role will involve day-to-day coordination across a diverse range of stakeholders and functions, ensuring that project resources comply with our enterprise program management office (ePMO) standards, processes, and business rules. You will foster collaboration and accountability, track project progress, and provide regular updates to leadership. Your efforts will be essential in ensuring that milestones, gate reviews, and governance requirements are met, leading to successful, timely project delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Job Responsibilities Include: Project Management Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules, detailing resource tasks that will guide successful project outcomes. Monitor progress, managing project scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, issues, and quality through proactive mitigation, escalation, and resolution. Lead project teams to achieve objectives, facilitate milestone meetings, and oversee gate processes. Conduct change management activities for assigned projects to promote readiness, adoption, and realization of business value. Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and deliverables, while maintaining alignment with project objectives and desired business outcomes. Collaborate across functions to guarantee alignment, coordination, and successful project execution. Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement efforts, enhancing future ePMO project delivery. Governance & Reporting Provide accurate and transparent project status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure compliance with ePMO standards, processes, and governance requirements, maintaining consistency and quality control. Promote transparency and accountability across projects through effective reporting and communication practices. Required Skills / Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. 4-6 years of project management experience. Strong grasp of project management methodologies. Proven ability to influence and lead through collaboration and in matrixed environments. Excellent organizational, communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors. PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or CAPM certification is a plus. Occasional travel may be required for onsite project or team meetings. Based on relevant market data and individual qualifications, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $105,600 - $125,000 annually. Compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations.
