The Role In this vital role, you will: Engage with clients to grasp their challenges and uncover actionable insights. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to reveal market dynamics and best practices. Leverage data analytics to devise solutions tailored to client needs. Develop compelling business cases that foster operational improvements and cost savings. Present insights and strategies with clarity and confidence. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve project objectives. Guide and mentor junior team members, encouraging their professional growth. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to optimize project delivery. Contribute actively in cross-functional collaborations to identify new opportunities. Assist in various project tasks as required. Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or similar fields with strong analytical and client engagement skills. A Bachelor's degree is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, along with basic SQL skills for data manipulation. Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with a track record of deriving actionable insights from data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in stakeholder presentations. A passion for solving challenges within the healthcare sector, particularly regarding payer processes. Demonstrated ability to thrive in diverse teams while maintaining robust client-facing relationships. A high level of motivation and accountability, with a collaborative mindset. Willingness to travel for client engagements. Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Preferred Requirements Experience in the healthcare payer industry, ideally with some provider background knowledge. Familiarity with healthcare claims analytics and payer/provider contracts. Background knowledge in AArete's focus industries, including Pharmacy, Financial Services, and Retail. Proven expertise in cost reduction and process improvement within relevant sectors. Experience with healthcare systems and platforms aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Based in Chicago, IL, with availability to work from our Chicago office as needed. The estimated salary for this position ranges from $84,000 to $102,000, with an additional annual discretionary bonus.
