Position Overview: Join our team as the Finance Management & Reporting Associate Director for the GTech division (IT), where your expertise will be crucial in leading financial activities and strategic reporting. You will collaborate closely with Grant Thornton's Finance & Accounting teams to ensure timely accruals, address invoicing issues, and manage any discrepancies. Take full ownership of daily financial operations, including contract workflows and the vendor payment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily financial operations, managing accounts payable, validating invoices, coding transactions, and reconciling against contracts and purchase orders. Ensure a smooth vendor payment process, guaranteeing all transactions align with contractual terms. Act as the main point of contact for vendor financial issues, resolving disputes and interpreting financial contracts promptly. Assist in preparing budgets for GTech initiatives to enable effective financial planning. Analyze charges from Managed Services contracts and develop strong supplier relationships. Support GTech's cost-saving initiatives to improve financial performance. Work with the Director of Finance Management and Reporting to create annual budgets, maintain monthly forecasts, and coordinate long-term business plans. Deliver detailed financial reports, including budget variances and management of project budgets. Supervise financial analysts to create robust financial reporting packages and metrics, using tools like Ariba. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial operations and efficiency. Support ISQM audit efforts related to IT systems and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including in people management roles. Familiarity with SAP products (Ariba, S4HANA) and global financial management is preferred. Demonstrated expertise in Outsourcing Industry, Vendor Management, and the Financial Management of Commercial Managed Services Contracts. Strong analytical, organizational, and process improvement skills are vital. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement. A solid understanding of business operations and how financial activities align with strategic goals. The anticipated salary range for this role is between $144,000 and $216,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
