Health Saviours is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Lewiston, Maine. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Psychiatric Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel At least 1-year previous experience in mental health nursing Required. The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Psych Services department is an essential member of the patient care team, responsible for direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas. In this role, the RN will be responsible for developing and periodically updating individualized, interdisciplinary plans of care, evaluating patient outcomes, and identifying available resources for patients. The Crisis Psychiatric Unit provides care to patients age 5 and up with psychiatric illnesses. Some patients may also have a need for medical care. The most frequent psychiatric diagnoses are major depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder and psychotic disorders. 2-Year Associates degree required Flexibility required to provide coverage 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
