They should be naturally apt at identifying problems, finding solutions, and nurturing job satisfaction. The MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES / AGREEMENTS will also provide administrative and analytical support in the review, preparation and management of contracts across the organization. This role assists the project management team in ensuring all contracts are accurate and aligned with business needs. Oversee the daily workflow of the Human Resources Department Develop and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business strategy Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in partnership with the Controller Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues Oversee recruitment and selection process Develop and refines new hire onboarding strategy to increase employee retention. Coordinates orientation for new employees Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital Monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures Oversee performance appraisal system Maintain benefit programs Report to upper management and assists in decision-making through HR metrics Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource management Handle confidential matters with discretion Perform initial review of contract language to identify missing information, inconsistencies, or required approvals Maintain contract management databases and filing systems; ensure all executed agreements and supporting documentation are organized and up to date WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Applicants and employees are considered for positions and are evaluated without regard to mental or physical disability, race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, genetic information, military or veteran status, sexual orientation, marital status, or any other protected Federal, State/Province or Local status unrelated to the performance of the work involved. RequirementsFull-Time salary position requiring 40+ hrs. a week High School Diploma/GED Certification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related education SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred but not required 5 + yrs. Human Resources experience or labor relations management Working knowledge of Paylocity or similar Human Resource Management Software Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Working knowledge of Unanet, Inflow, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems Prove ability to provide visionary strategic leadership; experience guiding the implementation of a strategic plan, measuring progress, and adapting as necessary Ability to work alone or within a group Self-driven to completion of the job Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task Effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the team, customers, and external contacts., via telephone, in written form, email, and in-person Ability to learn company-specific applications Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Excellent customer service skills Familiarity in renewable and fossil fuel energy sectors is preferred but not required Physical Requirements Must be able to travel from 10-20% Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 25 lbs Ability to sustain a level of physical activity, including walking, climbing, bending, and sitting Ability to read, comprehend, and follow company procedures Requires the ability to demonstrate regular and predictable attendance on the job Valid active driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle Ability to pass all random DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing
