Compensation Structure: Hourly, based on miles, stops, and cases delivered. Routes: Local and regional routes with early evening dispatch and overnight deliveries. Your responsibilities as a CDL-A Delivery Truck Operator: Conduct pre/post trip inspections of the tractor-trailer and submit DOT inspection reports. Ensure accuracy in delivery documentation and store keys for off-hour deliveries. Operate the tractor-trailer safely, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations. Maintain driver logs as per DOT regulations, documenting delivery information. Unload products at customer locations and ensure timely delivery. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications you need as a CDL-A Team Member: Must be at least 21 years of age. Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A). Have at least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of driving experience with tractor-trailers. Meet McLane's Motor Vehicle Record and risk rating requirements. Able to read, write, and understand English proficiently to perform job-related tasks and comply with safety standards. Together, we move America forward.
