The Web Application Developer is essential in creating, enhancing, and managing web and mobile applications using .NET technologies and Microsoft Azure. You will play a vital role in improving several mobile applications initially developed by external teams. This position involves diving into existing codebases, troubleshooting problems, and implementing new features with .NET MAUI. Collaborate closely with skilled developers to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that boost our business operations. All tasks must be completed in accordance with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations. The salary range for this role is $95,000.00 to $130,000.00. Your Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and C#. Enhance and support existing mobile applications with .NET MAUI. Analyze and refine mobile app codebases from third-party developers. Implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize performance. Assist in building RESTful APIs and connecting mobile and web clients. Craft and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures. Deploy and manage applications using Azure App Services, Functions, and other cloud resources. Utilize Git or Azure DevOps for source control and participate in code reviews. Follow secure coding practices and help troubleshoot application issues. Work collaboratively with senior developers, quality assurance testers, and product stakeholders. Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required. Stay current with Microsoft technologies, particularly .NET MAUI and cloud tools. What You'll Need: Strong software and web development expertise. Proficient in C#, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and object-oriented programming principles. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. Able to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Understanding of asynchronous programming and dependency injection. Experience or keen interest in mobile development using .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or mobile app development. Ability to maintain and enhance existing mobile applications developed by contractors. Familiarity with mobile UI patterns and app lifecycle management on iOS and Android. Experience with Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, or SQL Database. Understanding of cloud deployment processes and basic CI/CD workflows. Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration, along with experience in Swagger/OpenAPI documentation. Proficient in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong communication skills and a desire to learn from experienced engineers. Aiming for growth into a more senior role or specialized focus in mobile engineering. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required. 2 to 4 years of experience in .NET development. Experience or interest in mobile development with .NET MAUI. Preferred experience with Azure cloud services. Proactive team player with strong communication skills and self-motivation.
